Complete Composter orders ship via standard UPS ground or most economical method. Shipment to foreign addresses will incur additional shipping costs and may require the payment of additional duties, taxes or fees. If you are not satisfied with the Shepherd Complete Composter for any reason you may return the unused bin within five (5) business days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. C. E. Shepherd Company is not responsible for return freight charges. Call a C. E. Shepherd Company customer service representative @ 713.924.4300 to obtain a return authorization number before shipping. A return authorization number must accompany returned merchandise. Shipper retains ownership and responsibility for merchandise until accepted back by C.E. Shepherd Company, L P.

Appropriate arrangements will be made to replace your compost bin.Shepherd Complete Composter is manufactured from high quality, 12 guage PVC coated wire mesh and is warranted against manufacturing defects.
